chs_stbrg Cheese Stuffed Hamburgers - Do you like cheese on your burger? Because if you do , we would like to introduce you to your new favorite, the best homemade burger. We put jack cheese on the inside for this cheese stuffed recipe, and mixed in the tiniest amount of red peppper flakes.

Cook Time: 6-8 mins
Main Ingredient: Ground Beef
Difficulty Level: 1

Ingredients to make Cheese Stuffed Hamburgers

1/4 pound monterey jack cheese, grated
1 fresh hot chile pepper
1 tomato
1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
2 teaspoons oil
salt and pepper to taste
8 slices crusty bread
2 tablespoons fesh coriander, chopped

Directions to make Cheese Stuffed Hamburgers

Step 1:Shred the cheese, seed and chop the chile pepper, combine. Slice the tomato; set aside.
Step 2:Shape the beef into 8 thin patties, put 1/4 of the cheese mixture in the center of 4 of the patties. Top with remaining patties and pinch to seal.
Step 3:Toast the bread. Heat oil in a frying pan and cook the hamburgers 6-8 minutes over medium heat for medium rare. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Step 4:Place cooked hamburgers on the toast and top with tomato slices and another slice of toast.
